They’re soft and tender with just the slightly crispiest edges that I think make a perfect sugar cookie. Plus you don’t have to deal with rolling out or chilling the dough. Perfect for those last-minute occasions when you need fresh cookies like yesterday ;)

You all loved my cardamom coffee cake so much that a pumpkin spice coffee cake felt like the perfect first fall recipe of the year! It's moist (arguably even better the day after you bake it??) and has all those cozy pumpkin spices. Plus brown sugar streusel and a vanilla drizzle. I may or may not have eaten half the pan once I got the recipe right... Happy baking :)

You all loved my Basic Bea brownies! So I thought…why not give them a little bit of a glow up? These are my salted dulce de leche brownies and they’re based off my basic bea brownie recipe (so if you loved those and found them easy, def give these a try!) and use store-bought dulce de leche to keep things easy.
